1. About Us

Go4It Sports Academy LLC ("Go4It," "StarPath," "we," "our," or "us") operates the StarPath Academic Accelerator program and the Go4It Sports Platform available at go4itsports.org. We provide online academic courses, NCAA eligibility advising, athletic coaching, and related educational services to student-athletes worldwide.

2. Eligibility & Account Registration

2.1 Age Requirements

Our programs are designed for student-athletes ages 14–19 (grades 7–12). Students under 18 must have a parent or legal guardian create the account and agree to these Terms on their behalf. By registering a minor, the parent or guardian represents that they have authority to enter into this agreement.

2.2 Account Accuracy

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information updated. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your password and for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. Programs & Services

3.1 StarPath Online Programs

• StarPath Online Full-Time — $400/month. Full course load (up to 28.5 credits/year), proctored check-ins, AI coaching plan, NCAA advising, and StarPath Verified™ Card.
• StarPath Online Part-Time — $200/month. Flexible schedule with weekly study blocks, coaching check-ins, and NCAA course alignment.
• StarPath Assessment — $200 one-time. Personalized 30-minute NCAA eligibility evaluation and pathway report.

3.2 Vienna Residency

The Vienna Residency is a 12-week intensive program combining elite athletic training with academic coursework in Vienna, Austria. Enrollment in StarPath Online is a prerequisite. Pricing and availability are discussed after completing the online StarPath Assessment.

3.3 NCAA Tracker

The NCAA Tracker subscription ($50/month) provides real-time monitoring of core course completion, GPA, and test score progress against NCAA Eligibility Center requirements. This service is informational only and does not constitute official NCAA certification or advising.

4. Payments & Billing

4.1 Stripe Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By providing payment information, you authorize Go4It to charge your payment method for all fees associated with your chosen plan. We do not store your full card details on our servers.

4.2 Subscription Billing

Monthly subscriptions are billed on the same date each month from your enrollment date. Annual subscriptions are billed once per year. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.

4.3 Refund Policy

• Subscriptions: 7-day full refund window from the date of first payment. Contact support within 7 days if you are unsatisfied. No refunds after 7 days.
• StarPath Assessment: Non-refundable once the assessment session has been scheduled.
• Individual Courses: Non-refundable once you have accessed the course materials.
• Vienna Residency: Refund terms are specified in the separate Residency Agreement signed at enrollment.

4.4 Price Changes

We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days' advance notice to active subscribers. Continued use after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

5. Academic Content & NCAA Compliance

5.1 Course Content

Our curriculum is designed to align with NCAA Eligibility Center core course requirements. However, we do not guarantee NCAA approval of any specific course or transcript. Students are responsible for submitting their transcripts to the NCAA Eligibility Center independently and following official NCAA guidelines.

5.2 Informational Purposes Only

NCAA eligibility information provided through our platform is for guidance only and does not constitute legal, official, or binding advice from the NCAA. Rules and requirements change; always verify directly with the NCAA Eligibility Center at eligibilitycenter.org.

5.3 Academic Integrity

Students must complete all coursework honestly and independently unless collaboration is explicitly permitted. Plagiarism, cheating, or misrepresentation of academic work may result in immediate account termination without refund and may be reported to relevant academic authorities.

6. AI Features & Technology

Our platform includes AI-powered features including the AI Coach, AI Tutor, StarPath Brain (RAG system), and AI-generated Player Cards. These features are powered by Anthropic Claude and related technologies. You acknowledge that:

• AI responses are generated automatically and may contain errors or inaccuracies.
• AI coaching is supplemental and does not replace professional academic advisors, coaches, or legal counsel.
• AI-generated content (including Player Cards) is created based on the information you provide and may be customized or edited.
• We use your interactions with AI features to improve our services, subject to our Privacy Policy.

7. User Content & Data

7.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of content you upload to the platform (essays, videos, transcripts, etc.). By uploading content, you grant Go4It a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, store, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing our services to you.

7.2 StarPath Verified™ Player Cards

Player Cards generated by our platform use your provided athletic and academic data. You grant Go4It permission to use your name, likeness, and athletic information within the platform and for StarPath promotional purposes (showcasing the service, not individual student advertising) unless you opt out by contacting support.

7.3 Prohibited Content

You may not upload or share content that is illegal, defamatory, harassing, discriminatory, or that infringes any third-party intellectual property rights.

8. Intellectual Property

All platform content — including course materials, software, branding, the StarPath Verified™ system, the Living Is Learning™ framework, and the Go4It OS platform — is owned by Go4It Sports Academy LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any platform content without our prior written consent. Your subscription grants a personal, non-transferable license to access and use the platform for your own educational purposes only.

9. Cancellation & Termination

9.1 Cancellation by You

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your Subscriptions dashboard (/dashboard/subscriptions). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You retain access to your subscription until that date.

9.2 Termination by Go4It

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, abuse platform resources, or cause harm to other users, with or without prior notice. Termination for cause does not entitle you to a refund.

10. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The platform is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose.
• We are not liable for NCAA eligibility outcomes, college admissions decisions, or athletic recruitment results.
• Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the fees you paid in the 3 months preceding the claim.
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

11. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. For users in the European Union, mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence also apply.

Any dispute arising from these Terms shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved after 30 days, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Dallas, Texas, under the American Arbitration Association rules. Class action waiver applies to the fullest extent permitted by law.

12. International Users & GDPR

If you are accessing our platform from the European Union or European Economic Area, you have additional rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Please refer to our Privacy Policy for full details on data processing, your rights (access, rectification, erasure, portability), and how to exercise them.

By using our platform from any location, you consent to the transfer of your data to the United States for processing, subject to appropriate safeguards.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify active subscribers by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of the platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance. If you disagree with updated Terms, you may cancel your subscription before the effective date.
